摘要 目的建立HPLC法测定布洛芬搽剂中的有关物质。方法采用迪马Diamonsil C18色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-0.025mol.L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(用磷酸调节pH至3.0)(70∶30);检测波长:264nm。结果方法线性关系良好(r=0.9999);检测限7.53ng。结论本法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于其布洛芬制剂中有关物质的测定。 OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determining the related substances in Ibuprofen Liniments. METHODS Diamonsil C18 column was used with the mobile phase of Acetonitrile 0. 025mol · L^ -1 sodium acid phosphate(adjusted with phosphoric acid to pH3. 0 ) (70 : 30)and the detective wavelength was at 264nm. RESULTS The linear relation of the method was satisfactory ( r =0. 9999). The detection limit was 7. 53ng. CONCLUSION The method was selective, simple, rapid and accurate.
