壮阳药中枸橼酸西地那非和淫羊藿的鉴别

Identification of Acid citric sildenafil and Korean epimedium herb in Aphrodisiac

目的测定海马多鞭丸中枸橼酸西地那非和淫羊藿以控制产品质量。方法采用TLC法和HPLC法,HypersilBDS-C18(4mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;以乙腈-水(25∶75)为流动相;流速:1.0ml.min-1;检测波长:270nm;柱温:室温。结果及结论该方法样品的回收率高,准确、重现性好,可以做为壮阳药质量控制的一种方法。

OBJECTIVE To determine Acid citric sildenafil and Korean epimedium herb in Haima Duobianwan. METHODS TLC and HPLC methods were used. The column was Hypersil BDS- C18 （4mm × 250mm, 5μm）, mobile phase was Acetonitrile-water（25 ： 75）,the flow rate was 1.0ml · min^-1 and detectivewavelength was at 270nm,column temperature was 25℃. RESULTS and CONCLUSION The sample returns-ratio is high,and the method was accurate,reproducible and can be used for quality control.
