纳米改性氢氧化铝在PBT中的阻燃应用 被引量:11

摘要 首次采用纳米改性氢氧化铝(CGATH)对对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)进行阻燃研究,考察了纳米(CGATH)的填充量对PBT/CGATH复合材料力学性能以及燃烧性能的影响。实验结果表明,随着CGATH填充量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和冲击强度都呈先上升后下降的趋势,在纳米CGATH填充量为5%时,冲击强度、断裂伸长率达到最大值,分别为5.0kJ/m2和15.9%;在CGATH填充量达到15%时,拉伸强度达到最大值58.2MPa。纳米CGATH具有提高氧指数、降低分解速度的作用,但其分解产物具有促使炭残余物分解的负面作用。 Nano-meter modified aluminum trihydrate (CG-ATH) was first time used as flame retardant to the flame retardation of PBT. The effect of nano-meter CG-ATH loading level on the mechanical properties and flame retardancy of PBT/CG-ATH composite were studied. Test results showed that the tensile strength, impact strength and elongation at break of the composite increased first, then dropped with the increase of the CG-ATH contents. The impact strength and elongation at break reached to 5 % loading level of the CG-ATH. The tensile strength of CG-ATH. Nano-meter CG-ATH could increase LOI the decomposed product of CG-ATH had the drawback the highest levels of 5.0 kJ/m^2 and 15.9% respectably at reached the highest level of 58.2 MPa at 15 % loading level and suppress the decomposition rate of the composites, but to promote the decomposition of carbon residue .
