Re-design of Enterprise Core-competence Based on Value Chain

主要探讨企业在同行业及产业链间的竞争中应关注的问题,将能力要素分析法和利润库分析法相结合,以一种全新的角度分析了价值链的组成,提出企业应该基于核心能力要素与战略能力要素综合考虑的基础上去重构企业的核心竞争力。

This paper discusses main problems that enterprises should solve when they are in competition with others. Components of value chain are analyzed. It is proposed that enterprises should re-design their core-competence based on core-capacitor factors and strategic capacitor factors.
