摘要
针对反向物流网络设计的问题,给出了一个考虑流通、设施数量和规模限制,寻求运输、处理和固定投资综合成本最优化的多种废品回收MILP模型,并进一步在模型中考虑了政府行为对模型结构的影响。最后通过运算实例证明了模型的有效性,并分析说明了相应政府行为对废品回收工作的影响。
This paper establishes a mixed integer programming(MILP)model to minimize the total cost, which consists of transportation cost, operating cost, and fixed cost for new facilities. Government action effects are taken into account. The model is tested with an example, in which the government' s influence on waster recycling is discussed.
