摘要
对紫胶虫库斯米品系卵胚的各个发育阶段进行系统研究,井进行了6个标准阶段划分。同时,与中国紫胶虫卵胚各期进行比较,两虫的6个胚体发育阶段形态大体相同,不同的是卵内营养物质的排列形态差异较大,各卵期发育所需时间及卵体大小不同。紫胶虫库斯米品系的卵胚发育,因有其特殊的、有别于中国紫胶虫种的地方,因而,不能采用单一的卵胚发育来预测预报它的适时采种期,而必须采用卵胚成熟度、“黄点”(孵化腔形成)数量及幼虫开始涌散天数三者相结合的综合测报方法。
In the light of the principles of insect embryo development,6 typical develop-ing
stages of this lac insect embryo may be divided as follows:lst stage-blastoderm forma-tion;
2nd stage-germband formation,3rd stage-protopod;4th stage-polypod; 5th stage-olo-gopod; 6th
stage-larva formation. To forecast the due time for broodlac collection,it's neces-sary to
observe the advancement of the embryo development, the volume of“yellow spots”(hatching
cavities under lac encrustation) and in combination with the initial days of swarm-ing. This is a
way,which is not only practicable in cutting stick broodlac in situ but availablefor distribution
and allocation to other regions far away.
