摘要
探讨扶正解毒活血法中药芪贞汤对人直肠癌高转移细胞株L-10细胞的集团移动的影响。通过体外细胞培养法,观察该方及其拆方对L-10细胞的集团移动的抑制作用。结果显示,芪贞汤全方组对于L-10细胞的集团移动的抑制作用最强,其次为活血化瘀组,再次为清热解毒组,扶助正气组几乎未见抑制作用;且芪贞汤组、活血化瘀组、清热解毒组与扶助正气组相比均显示了显著性差别(P<0.05)。提示,扶正解毒活血法中药芪贞汤对人直肠癌高转移细胞株L-10细胞具有明显的抗集团移动的作用,提示芪贞汤有抑制癌的浸润和转移的作用。
In this article,we will discuss the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine which has the function of strengthening the body resistance,removing toxin and activating blood circulation on cohort migration of rectal cancer of human which is hypsi-transitional cell line L-10.Methods:With the method of culture carcinoma cells in vitro,observe the depressant effect of this method on the cohort migration of L-10 cell line. Results:As to the inhibition of the traditional Chinese medicine which has the function of strengthening the body resistance, removing toxin and activating blood circulation to the cohort migration of L-10,the whole decoction group has the strongest depressant effect,then the activating blood circulation group is superior than the removing toxin group, last the strengthening the body resistance group almost has no depressant effect;moreover the whole decoction,the activating blood circulation group and the removing toxin group compare to the strengthening the body resistance group,results show that there are significant difference between them (P 〈0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine which has the function of strengthening the body resistance,removing toxin and activating blood circulation has the significant depressant effect on cohort migration of rectal cancer of human which is hypsi-transitional cell line L-10,and it hint that the decoction can restrain the infiltration and transformation of cancer.
