摘要
茸毛、Tm-2nv重组基因型对病毒病的抗性调查结果表明:重组基因型间的病毒病抗性存在极显著差异,茸毛基因能极显著地降低病毒危害,而Tm-2nv各基因型间的病情指数却无显著差异。1993年秋季大田生态条件下,番茄病毒病危害潜力达63.48%,其中CMV、TMV分别约占67.7%和32.3%。CMV和TMV危害程度的相对大小是制订Tm-2nv和茸毛基因综合利用方案的重要依据,当CMV占主导地位时。
The resistance of the genotypes recombined by woolly gene and Tm 2nv to tomato virus diseases was investigated and analysed.The results showed that there were highly significant differences in virus resistance among the recombined genotypes.The woolly gene most significantly decreased virus diseases,but there were no significant differences in disease index been found among Tm 2nv genotypes.Under the field ecological condition in the autumn of 1992,the potential harmness of tomato virus diseases could arrive to 63.48%,and CMV and TMV accounted about 76.7% and 32.3% of the harmness,respectively.The relative harmness degree of CMV and TMV is the basis to work out the scheme of the comprehensive utilization of Tm 2nv and woolly gene.When CMV dominated over CMV in harmness,utilizing mainly the woolly gene should be an approperiate way.
