摘要
对铝合金轴承保持架间接挤压铸造的工艺及模具进行了改进,设计了新的模具,提出了挤压铸造+固态挤压的成形方法,介绍了新模具的结构及工作原理。改进工艺及模具后,有效地消除了原来的加工缺陷,提高了保持架的强度和韧性。
The improvement on indirect extrusion casting technology and their dies are made for aluminum alloy bearing cages, the new dies is designed, and the forming method of press casting + solid extrusion is put forwards. The structure and operating principle of the new dies are introduced. Using improved technology and dies, the defects are effectively eliminated, the strength and toughness of the cage are increased.
