摘要
随施氮时期推后,硬粒小麦和普通小麦籽粒蛋白质含量增加,但增幅不同;单粒蛋白质含量及其变化与此相似;蛋白质产量呈常态变化;
As the stage of applying nitrogen was delayed, the grain protein content of common wheat and durum wheat was increased. But the amount of increasing was different between durum wheat and common wheat. The protein yield of the wheat was normal distribution. Protein content of per kernel was similar to the over mentioned protein content. There were significant difference among the varieties tested.
