摘要 提出了一种基于连续小波变换和谱峭度分析的改进包络分析方法,并将其应用于滚动轴承的故障检测之中。该方法的核心是自动确定由轴承缺陷所引起的共振频率所在的频带,自动构建最佳包络来进行故障诊断,该方法已成功地应用到了对故障轴承振动信号的仿真和实测,并取得了满意的结果。 A new method is proposed for the purpose of rolling bearing fault diagnosis. The key of the method is to determine best frequency band for demodulation automatically by the criterion of Spectral Kurtosis(SK) based on the Complex Morlet Wavelet Transform. The proposed method has been applied to simulated signals and actual signals and satisfactory results have been achieved.
