摘要
根据国内２５个地方黄牛品种毛色资料，统计出６个具有显隐性毛色基因座位的等位基因频率，计算了不同座位的基因固定指数，品种内、品种间及群体的基因多样度，以及品种内和群体的ｓｈａｎｎｏｎ值。结果表明，中国不同黄牛品种具有不同程度的基因多样度；牛的毛色变异中有３４．１％是由品种间的差异造成的；
Genetic differentiation among 25 Chinese cattle breeds was analysed and discussed on the basis of the data of six coat color gene loci. Results obtained with method of gene diversities, shannon information measures ,gene differentiation measures and gene fixation index indicated that different Chinese cattle breeds have different gene diversities.About 34.1% of the total genetic variation is caused by the genetic difference between breeds. The differentiation of breeds in 6 coat color gene loci was significant.
