摘要 目的:探讨内皮抑素(Endostatin)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在上皮性卵巢组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测48例上皮性卵巢癌组织、18例良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤及18例正常卵巢组织中Endostatin及VEGF的表达。结果:1)卵巢癌组织Endostatin和VEGF表达明显高于良性卵巢瘤和正常卵巢组织(P<0.05)。2)48例上皮性卵巢癌组织中Endostatin及VEGF的阳性表达率分别为62.5%(30/48)和66.67%(36/48),Endostatin与VEGF的表达呈正相关。3)在晚期卵巢癌组织中Endostatin的高表达率及VEGF阳性率明显高于早期卵巢癌组织,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。4)卵巢癌组织中Endostatin高表达和VEGF阳性患者的平均总生存期短于Endostatin低表达和VEGF阴性患者,但二者累计生存率均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:Endostatin与VEGF的表达水平随着卵巢癌临床分期的进展而升高,反映了卵巢癌疾病发展过程中血管生成抑制因子和促进因子之间的平衡调节。 Objective: To explore the expression and significance of endostatin and VEGF in epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods: The expressions of endostatin and VEGF were detected in 48 cases with epithelial ovarian cancer tissues, 18 benign tumors and 18 normat ovary tissues using immunohistochemistry. Results: 1) The expression of endostatin and VEGF in ovarian malignant tissue was significantly higher than that in ovarian benign neoplasms and normal control tissues (P〈0.05). 2) High endostatin expression and positive expression of VEGF were found in 62.5% and 66.67% of the ovarian cancer. High expression of the endostatin was significantly correlated to the positive expression of VEGF (P〈0.05). 3) The high expression of the endostatin and the positive VEGF was significantly elevated in the advanced-stage ovarian cancer, compared with that in the early stage (P〈0.05). 4) The average total survival time in patients with high expression of endostatin and VEGF positive was shorter than that in the low and negative expression, but no significant difference was found between the two. Conclusion: The fact that the expression of endostatin and VEGF increases with clinical stages in the progression of ovarian cancer reflect the balance regulation between the angiogenesis inhibitors and prorooters.
