Shareholding System Theory in The Capital and State-owned Enterprise Shareholding System Reformation

马克思在《资本论》中对资本主义股份制作了深入细致的考察和分析,提出了许多深刻见解,得出了一些重要结论。这些见解、结论对于社会主义市场经济体制的建立、对于国有企业股份制改造同样具有重要的指导作用。党的十六届三中全会提出要将股份制作为公有制的主要实现形式,因此更应深化对股份制的认识,加大国企股份制改造的力度。

Marx has investigated and analyzed capitalist shareholding system in his “Capital”, proposed a lot of deep opinions, and drawn some important conclusions. These opinions and conclusions have important instructional functions to the socialist market economy system, and to the shareholding system reformation of state-owned enterprise too. The Third Plenary Session of the 16th Party Central Committee of the party proposed making the shareholding into the main realized of public-owned system, so we should deepen the understanding of shareholding system even more, strengthen the force of shareholding system reformation of state-owned enterprise.
