在中国城市化进程中,出现了一些问题如贫困化问题、公共安全管理问题、资源问题等等。要解决这些问题,一是实现“三集中”,解决农村农民贫困问题,广开就业门路,大力提高社会就业率,建立完善的社会保障体系;二是加强对城市的安全管理;三是对资源性问题坚持“可持续发展”战略。

There emerge some problems in the course of China＇s urbanization,such as the problem of poverty,the management of public safety, resource problems and so on. To solve these problems,first,the three concentrations must be realized, and the problems from peasants in the countryside must be settled, too. At the same time, open new avenues of employment to improve the rate of employment,and certainly establish full and complete social protection system; Scond, strengthen the management of the safety in cities;Third, keep on the continuous development strategy to solve resource problems.
