摘要
学校是一个教育共同体,一个以促进学生精神成长和德性生成的教育共同体。校园伦理要将学校作为一个“责任团体”和“教育共同体”进行伦理的审视,研究学校这个组织性团体应当担负的教育责任。教育责任的落实要通过校园良好人际关系的建立,需要从关系伦理的视角审视群我关系和人我关系。所以,校园伦理包括相互融通的两大结构,即团体伦理和关系伦理。团体伦理所体现的是共同体的责任及其实现问题,关系伦理则是所有伦理必然涉及的人与人如何发生相互作用的基本问题。校园伦理首先关注的是教育责任的落实问题。
The campus not merely has a physics meaning of space, it should be an educational community, which can promote students' spiritual development and the forming of their morality. The ethics of the campus is to regard school as a “responsibility group” and “educational community”, which a close ethical examination is carried on, study the education responsibility which school,the organizing group,should undertake. The implementation of educational responsibility should pass with the help of the setting-up of the good interpersonal relationships in the campus, need to examine relations between group and individual as well as ones between others and individual closely from the visual angle of relation ethics.
