摘要
采用烘干法、总目比色法、原子吸收光谱法和凯氏定氮仪分别测定了僵藕叶片、叶柄、根状茎的干物质、可溶性糖、淀粉、钾、粗蛋白含量变化,并与健藕相比较。结果表明,僵藕藕身干物质、淀粉含量均低于健藕;在新藕形成和膨大期间,僵藕藕身可溶性糖、钾含量有一个激增过程,与健藕的平缓下降趋势完全不同;僵藕叶片、叶柄、根状茎中的钾含量均高于健藕,粗蛋白含量与健藕相近。
The content of the drv materials and starch of the stiff lotus rcots is less than the norn1al.At the stage of rootingthere is a rapld increase in the content of the soluble sugar and K+of the stiff lotus rcots.whereas a smooth decrease of the nor-mal.zhe stiff fotus rcots has a higher content of K+than the normal,but the content of the whole N is nearly the same.Thoseare coincident with the biochemical changes of the host plant which is infested by virus.
