摘要
当前高校成教师资队伍的现状是喜忧参半。更新管理观念加强师资培训和建立科学的评估体系是解决成教师资队伍稳定性差和普教色彩浓厚等问题的主要措施。
There are both strong point and weak point in reacher resource for adult education in high institutes.The solution to problems such as instablilty and so on lies in renewal of management notions,strengthening of training of teacher resourcc and construction of scientific assessment system.
