摘要
从辩证唯物主义的角度来看,教育效率与教育公平有其对立和冲突的一面,也有其统一和协同的一面。在当前两者之间冲突的一面尤为突出,正在成为困扰我国发展的几个重大问题之一。所以,我们试图从法制的角度对之进行解析,并寄期运用法律制度实现教育公平与效率的和谐与并举。
The relationship between the educational equation and proficiency is not only harmony but also conflict. But in nowadays china, the conflict is very exparent, and it gradually become the probation of our developments. So, using the legal system to resolve the problem become more and more important.
