The Discussion on the New Quality View of the Mass Higher Education

高等教育从精英教育过渡到大众化教育,对高等教育的质量问题提出了新的思考。文章认为大众化高等教育应树立多样化的质量观、适应性的质量观和全面发展的质量观,同时对提高大众化高等教育质量提出了若干措施。

The transition from elite education to mass higher education puts forward a new thinking to the quality problem of higher education. In this article, it is argued that the mass higher education should set up the quality view of diversification, applicability and overall development. And it brings forward some measures towards raising the quality of mass higher education at the same time.
