摘要
改革开放以来,我国高等教育财政投入体制改革后形成了多元化的高等教育筹资模式,为中国高等教育快速发展提供了有力的支持。但是,随着高等教育大众化发展,高等教育财政陷入困境,必须在高等教育结构模式上进行调整并进行相应的财政制度改革。
The different financial investment system of higher education in our country has been formed after reform and open, which gives a strong support for the fast development of higher education. But, The finance of higher education gets into trouble when the mass higher education is coming. In order to solve the problem, we must regulate the development model and structure of higher education and reform the financial system.
