摘要
目前,我国在外汇储备积累方面处于一种困境当中:一方面,积累庞大的外汇储备给我国经济带来了巨大的负面影响;另一方面,为了发展我国经济,又必须继续持有大量的外汇储备。分析我国外汇储备积累的原因是由我国所处的经济发展阶段和当今不合理的国际储备体系共同决定的。
China is currently fled up in a dilemma for its accummulated foreign exchange reserve,Excessive foreign exchange reserve may huge negative impact to the economy; yet China has no other alternatives but to accumulate foreign exchange reserve on large scale. paper points out that the dilemma can be attributed to both the present China＇ s economic development and the currently existing irrational international reserve system.
