西部的人力资源开发任重而道远。把区域性的人力资源开发看成是一个父系统,把影响区域人力资源开发的区域性人力资源市场发育程度、区域内企业人力资源开发看作是二个子系统,运用自组织理论说明了子系统之间的相互联系、相互作用可以提升父系统的演进。
The paper focuses on the human resource development in the west areas, which consists of a parental system and two subsidiary systems. The parental system refers to the regional human resourcen management. The subsidiary systems incorporate such elements as market maturity and corporate human resources, both of which are interdependant and interactive to improve the performance of their parental system.
