摘要
企业过程建模、分析和优化是企业过程重组BPR的基础,行之有效的建模技术是成功实施BPR的关键。为了对企业过程建模技术进行系统研究,在深入分析BPR特点的基础上,主要结合PetriNet技术,提出企业进行过程建模的阶梯层次方法,建立了BPPN模型,描述了Petri Net在企业过程中的形式化表示,并运用一个实例来验证模型的实用性,可以使管理者了解企业的生产细节和流程,更好地做出决策。
Business process modeling, analysis and optimization are the important foundation of BPR. An efficient and effective analytical method plays a key role in implementing BPR successfully, but the technology of Business Process modelng is short of systematic research at present . On the basic of analyzing the specialty of BPR deeply, this paper mainly proposes a means of business process modeling, and sets up a model of ladder levels and the formal description of business process with the technology of Petri Net. An example is taken to illustrate how managers know the details, the process of production, and make better decisions.
