In order to connect with the globalization market and strengthen Chinese economic power, bonded areas core compotence should be ensured and more attention paid to international logistics function. By developing bonded areas＇ policy function advantages and arousing the extrovert economic development of perimeter region, it is very necessary to build up international logistics facilities platform and international logistics information platform gradually .
