我国证券市场是一个不太成熟的市场,证券投资者的利益经常受到侵害。要保护投资者的利益,必须建立规范的社会信用体系,防止信用缺失,规范政府行为,改变“政策市”形象,提高证券投资者自身素质,学会理性投资。

Chinese stock markets mature enough yet as the interests of investors are often violated. In order to protect the investment, it is vital to establish a normative social credit system to avoid the absence of credit and regulate governmental behavior. Such a system can help change the public impression of “policy market” .In the meantime, inveators need improve their own qualities and learn to invest rationally.
