摘要
香椿实生苗喷施植物生长调节剂GA3、6-BA不同浓度的试验结果表明,以喷施6-BA 75 m g/L的处理表现最好,香椿实生苗株高、茎粗分别较对照增加6.4 cm和0.9 mm,复叶数、小叶数分别较对照增加2.0片,2.3片,根鲜重、全株干重分别较对照增加3.82 g、0.35 g,植株表现株高适中、茎粗壮、复叶和小叶数多、根系粗壮、植株干物质积累多,苗木健壮。
Different consistency plant-growth regulators were sprayed to research the influence on the growth of seedlings of Chinese Mahogany. The results showed that spraying 6-BA 75 mg/L had the best effect, the plant height and stem of seedling increased 6.4 cm and 0. 9 mm compared to the contrast, compound leaves and leafits increased 2.0 and 2.3, root fresh weight and dry weight of the whole plant increased 3. 82 g and 0. 35 g, respectively. The plant showed medium height, strong stem, many compound leaves and leafits, robust roots, much accumulated dry matter and healthy seedling.
