摘要
针对目前中型车站用电特点,提出利用高频开关电源技术研制的智能铁路信号电源系统代替目前的工频电源系统。系统分为交流柜和直流柜,并分别预留了交、直流扩容,采用自然冷却。系统输入采用两路独立AC220V市电、手动或自动切换、主路优先,具有输入过/欠压保护、机械电气联锁和故障声光报警等功能。系统采用三级防雷技术,对系统的输入/输出分别进行防护。系统采用模块化设计,每个模块均采用热插拔方式,内有监控单元。系统输出分配给5个模块,每个模块都能单独完成供电工作,每种输出都采用“1+1”热备份。系统开发的关键技术包括高频AC/AC变换、输入/输出分别防雷和远程监控等技术。该系统已经在电气化铁路区段100多个车站使用。
According to the characteristics of power consumption in medium station, this paper presents the intelligentized railway signal power system which utilizes high-frequency switch power technology to replace the current industry frequency power system for medium railway station signal power supply system. The system is composed of alternating current cabinet, direct current cabinet and every cabinet has enough space to extend module. The system is based on module design and nature cooling. The proposed signal power uses two independent power supply of 220 V which can be switched either manually or auto- matically with the master supply has higher priority. The signal power can work with both undervoltage and overvoltage driven protection and the capability of mechanism and electric interlocking. It sends out sound and light alarm signal and has three levels lightning protection for the input/output part. According to the output, the output can be assigned to five kinds of modules which can provide power independently. Every module can work on hot swap and has a monitor. Every module has a “1+1” online backup. The intelligent signal power supply for railway system was designed to function properly with the combination of high-frequency and power-frequency and was designed with module. The key techniques for this system include high frequency AC/AC converter, input/output lightning protection and remote monitoring. The system has been in use for more than 100 railway stations.
