云南省疾病预防控制中心职业卫生管理工作现状及需求

Current Situation and Demands in Occupational Hygiene Administration Work of Yunnan Center for Disease Prevention and Control

为提高云南省职业卫生管理水平,赶上国内先进水平,并与国际水平接轨,云南省疾病预防控制中心将该中心职业卫生管理工作现状及需求进行如下分析:①机构设置:职业卫生管理工作相关科室5个,它们是:职业卫生科、检验中心、预防医学康复中心体检中心、质量管理科、职业病诊断办公室;②人力:职业卫生工作人员共106人,其中正高、副高、中级、初级职称分别各占9.43%、33.96%、37.74%、18.87%,106人中有卫生部职业卫生专家1人,国家级职业卫生技术服务资质8人,省级建设项目职业病危害评价合格证12人,职业医师资格22人;③设备及检验能力:拥有能进行47种粉尘、330种有毒物8、种物理因素的较先进监测仪器设备;④职业卫生技术服务资质与水平:获国家职业卫生技术服务机构甲级资质,获省级职业卫生技术服务机构乙级资质。需求:①建立完善的职业卫生保障机制;②建立健全全省职业卫生工作信息库;③积极推进工矿企业健康促进工程;④加强培训及技术指导;⑤加强多部门协作机制;⑥加强与先进省份合作、交流;⑦与国际接轨,引进国际合作项目;⑧引进多学科专业人员;⑨争取职业病防治经费的投入。

In order to improve the level of occupational hygienic administration work and catch up with the advanced domestic level, analysis was made on the current situation and demands of the administration work of this center. The current situation was analyzed from 4 factors, namely Organizational Setting, human resources, facilities and laboratory ability and certification and level of technological service. 9 demands were discovered, they are, to estabhsh a complete occupational hygiene protection system, to establish a provincial information database and so on.
