参麦对煤工尘肺呼吸衰竭的疗效观察

Observation of the Curative Effect of Shen Mai in the Treatment of Pneumoconiosis Respiratory Failure

目的观察参麦对煤工尘肺呼吸衰竭的治疗效果。方法对17例慢性呼吸衰竭的煤工尘肺患者,用参麦治疗前后,测定其的动脉血氧分压、二氧化碳分压及氧饱合度。结果经参麦治疗10 d后,13例呼吸衰竭的血气指标改善,有效率为74.47%。结论参麦作为尘肺呼吸衰竭病人的辅助治疗有一定的作用。

[ Objective] To observe the curative effect of Shen Mai in the treatment of pneumoconiosis respiratory failure. [ Methods] 17 cases of chronic pneumoconiosis respiratory failure were observed on their oxygen subpressure, carbon dioxide subpressure and oxygen saturation prior to and after the treatment with Shen Mai. [Results] The blood gas index of 13 cases was found meliorated after 10 days＇ treatment; the effective rate was 74.47%. [Conclusion] Shen Mai is proved to be effective in auxiliary treatment of pneumoconiosis respiratory failure.
