荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测HCV-RNA的临床价值

摘要 目的评价荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)检测丙型肝炎病毒在临床中的应用价值。方法用FQ-PCR检测456例肝炎病人标本,并同时采用ELISA检测抗-HCV,了解样本中HCV-RNA含量与HCV的相关性。结果456份标本中有81份HCV-RNA含量高于1 000拷贝/ml,85份抗-HCV阳性。经统计分析,两者有明显的相关性。结论FQ-PCR技术检测HCV-RNA特异性强,灵敏度高,具有良好的应用价值。 [Objective] To evaluate the clinical value ofFQ- PCR in testing Hepatitis C Virus (HCV- RNA). [Methods] FQ- PCR was applied to test the samples of 456 cases and ELISA was applied to test anti - HCV in order to learn the relativity between HCV - RNA and the content of HCV. [Results] 81 cases out of the 456 were found with a content of HCV - RNA higher than 1 000 copies/ml; 85 cases were found with positive anti - HCV. [ Conclusion] The technology of FQ- PCR is specific, sensitive and applicable for testing HCV - RNA.
