献血反应原因分析及护理对策

Analysis of the Side Effects of Blood Donation and Nursing Countermeasures

目的探讨献血反应的发生原因并采取相应的护理措施,从而切实保障献血者身体健康,提高血液质量。方法对536例献血反应者,查明原因后实施有效的护理。结果献血者因素导致的献血反应发生率为65.81%,采血护士因素导致的献血反应发生率为33.43%,环境因素占0.76%。结论在采血前、采血中、采血后实施有效的护理,可以从根本上减少献血反应的发生。

[Objective] To explore the causes of the side effect of blood donation and relevant nursing countermeasures in order to guarantee the physical health of the blood donators and the quality of the denoted blood. [Methods] Investigation was carried out on the causes of the side effects among 536 blood donators, effective nursing was taken. [Results] 65.81% of the side effects were caused by the donators＇ factors, while 33.43% of them were caused by the nurses＇ factors; others （0.76%） were caused by environmental factors.[ Conclusion] Effective nursing before, during and after blood picking can radically reduce the occurrence of side effects of blood donation.
