摘要
合成了甘珀酸钠和右旋麻黄碱的包合物.采用紫外-可见分光光度法确定了甘珀酸钠-右旋麻黄碱形成包合物的稳定常数,制备的固体包合物经XRD,IR,1HNMR检测进一步确证了包合物的形成.
Carbenoxolone sodium and pseduoephedrine, as two sorts of medicine in common use, are often used respectively in clinic. In this article a new kind of inclusion complex involving carbenoxolone sodium and pseduoephedrine was synthesized. A mixture of carbenoxolone sodium and pseduoephedrine was put in a glass container, then the solvent of ethanol was added. The mixture was reacted in ultrasonic reactor;after the reaction was complete,the solvent was evaporated, and the solid inclusion complex of PED and CS was made by recrystallization. The inclusion complex was characterized by UV-vis, ^1 HNMR. and powder X-ray diffraction. According to the mechanism of host-guest of inclusion complex, UV-vis spectrophotometer was used to calculate the stability constant of an inclusion complex of carbenoxolone sodium and pseduoephedrine in aqueous solution at 25℃. The stoichiometry of the inclusion complex appeared to be 1 : 1. The results of powder X-ray diffraction measurement indicated that a novel crystalline structure of inclusion complex was formed. The data of IR and ^1HNMR spectra also indicated the formation of inclusion complex.
