木麻黄幼苗小枝质膜离子泵活性对酸雨的响应 被引量:2

Responses of the Plasma Membrane Ion-pumping Activities of Casuarina equisetifolia Seedling Twigs to Acid Rain

摘要 对模拟pH4.5~2.5酸雨胁迫3个月后木麻黄幼苗小枝质膜离子泵活性测定结果表明.木麻黄幼苗嫩枝质膜H^+-ATPase和Ca^2+-ATPase对酸雨非常敏感,常随酸雨强度的加大其活性受愈来愈强的抑制.pH4.5~2.5酸雨处理使质膜H^+-ATPase活性被抑制76.64%~85.88%.而Ca^2+-ATPase活性仅为对照的14.12%~4.7%.在pH3.0酸雨处理组.质膜H^+-ATPase和Ca^2+-ATPase活性均出现反弹升高.酸雨对质膜HLATPase和Ca^2+-ATPase活性所产生的相似作用.体现出质膜H^+-ATPase和Ca^2+-ATPase对酸雨胁迫信号具有某种程度上相同的活性响应调节机制. The plasma membrane ion-pumping activities were investigated in Casuarina equisetifolia under simulated acid rain stress with pH4.5 - 2. 5 for 3 months. The plasma membrane H^+-ATPase and Ca^2+-ATPase of Casuarina equisetifolia seedling both were sensitive to acid rain,and their activities were inhibited more and more strongly with increasing acidity of acid rain generally. About 76.64 percent to 85.88 percent activities of the PM H^+ -ATPase were inhibited,while the PM Ca^2+-ATPase activities decreased to 14. 12%-4.7% of CK by acid rain stress with pH4. 5-2.5 for 3 months. But pH3.0 acid rain enhanced H^+-ATPase and Ca^2+ -ATPase activities. The similar effects of acid rain on the plasma membrane H^+ -ATPase and Ca^2+ -ATPase suggest that there is same mechanism to modulate the responds of both the ions-pumping activities to acid rain in some way.
