摘要
目的研究2-苯基-5-[2’-氰基(1,1’-联苯基)-4-]甲基]巯基-1,3,4-噁二唑的合成方法及抑菌活性。方法通过2-苯基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噁二唑与2-氰基-4’-溴甲基联苯在氢氧化钾/N,N-二甲基甲酰胺体系中进行缩和反应,制得化合物2。用元素分析和波谱方法确定其结构,用杯盘培养法测其抑菌活性。结果经检测确定化合物2为2-苯基-5-[[2’-氰基(1,1’-联苯基)-4-]甲基]巯基-1,3,4-噁二唑。该化合物对大肠杆菌、链球菌、枯草杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均显示了较好的抑菌活性。结论该化合物有望成为含有联苯的新抗菌药物。
Objective To research the synthetic method and antibacterial activities of 2-phenyl-5-[ [ 2 '-cyano( 1,1 '- biphenylyl)-4-] methyl] mercapto-1,3, 4-oxadiazole. Methods The Compound 2 was synthesized by the condensation of 2- phenyl-5-mercapto-1,3,4-oxadiazole with 4-bromomethyl-2 '-cyanobiphenyl in N, N-dimethyl formamide in the presence of potassium hydroxide. The structure of the tire compound was confirmed by elementary analysis and spectroscopic methods. The compound was tested for its antibacterial activities by the use of a cup-plate method. Results The Compound 2 was identified as 2-phenyl-5-[ [ 2 '-cyano ( 1, 1 '-biphenylyl )-4-] methyl ] mercapto-1, 3, 4-oxadiazole. The primary antibacterial activities showed by the title compound was quite good in bacteriostatic effects on E. coli, Streptococcus, B. subtilis, S. aureus. Conclusion The compound is expected to be a new antibacterial bearing biphenyl.
