摘要
目的探讨微创开颅法在家兔常用大脑皮层实验及组合中的应用。方法280只家兔随机分为2组,分别采用传统实验法和微创实验法,做大脑皮层诱发电位、大脑皮层机能定位、去大脑僵直实验,对2组实验成功率进行比较,以比较2种实验方法优缺点。结果大脑皮层诱发电位实验成功率两组无明显差异(P>0.05),大脑皮层机能定位、去大脑僵直实验成功率微创组明显高于传统方法组(P<0.05)。结论使用微创开颅法进行大脑皮层组合实验较传统方法简单,且成功率高,实验成本低,宜在学生实验中采用。
Objective To explore the application of the micro craniotomy in normal cerebral cortex experiments or experiments-combination in rabbits. Methods The rabbits were divided into two groups; the experiments of evoked cortical potential, functional localization of cerebral cortex and decerebrate rigidity were performed by traditional and micro craniotomy methods respectively. Statistical method was employed in analyzing the successful rate of the two experiments so as to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two experiment methods. Results There was no significant differences in successful experiment rate between the two groups to the experiment of evoked corticae potential of brain ( P 〉 0.05), and micro craniotomy performed with the functional localization of cerebral cortex and decerebrate rigidity showed more significant and higher successful rate than with the traditional methods( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional methods, the combined experiments of employing micro-craniotomy for the cerebral cortex can show the advantageous features as following:simpler ,higher rate of success,less experiment cost, and it is proper to be adopted and performed among the teaching students experiment.
