带血管蒂桡突骨瓣植入治疗腕舟骨骨折不愈合22例

Implantation of malleolus radialis with vascularized periosteal flap for 22 cases of disunion of fracture of carpal navicular

目的探讨带血管蒂桡骨茎突骨瓣植入治疗腕舟骨骨折不愈合的方法及疗效。方法对22例腕舟骨骨折不愈合患者采用带血管蒂桡骨茎突骨瓣植入治疗，术后管型石膏固定8～10周。结果22例骨折均骨性愈合，经随访2月～3年，优16例，良6例，优良率100％，腕关节功能达到健侧标准。结论带血管蒂桡骨茎突骨瓣植入治疗腕舟骨骨折不愈合疗效满意。

Objective To explore the methods and therapeutic effect of implantation of malleolus radialis with vascularized periosteal flap for disunion of fracture of carpal navicular. Methods Twenty-two patients with disunion of fracture of carpal navicular were performed with implantation of malleolus radialis with vascularized periosteal flap, fixed with plaster cast for 8 to 10 weeks. Results All 22 cases of fracture were all synostosis. Follow-up of 2 months to 3 years. Sixteen cases were excellent, 6 cases were fine and good rate was 100 %. Carpal joints function achieved the standard of the uninjured side. Conclusion Effects of implantation of malleolus radialis with vascularized periosteal flap for disunion of fracture of carpal navicular is satisfying.
