摘要
目的探讨糖尿病足的护理措施,以提高其治愈率。方法回顾性分析26例糖尿病足患者的临床资料和护理措施。结果26例中24例经保守治疗,血糖控制良好,足部溃疡愈合而出院,2例溃疡难以愈合而经手术植皮治疗愈合出院。结论糖尿病足应积极治疗,同时加强护理是改善预后的关键。
Objective To explore the nursing measures of diabetic foot and try to improve the curative rate. Methods Clinical data of 26 patients with diabetic foot were retrospectively analyzed. Results Out of 26 cases, 24 cases were performed with expectant treatment. Blood glucose was controlled well, foot ulcus was healed and discharged. Other 2 cases were cured with dermatoplasty and discharged. Conclusion The active treatment, and enforced nursing care, are the key to improve the prognosis of diabetic food.
