摘要
通过温室盆栽试验对不同肥力水平的3个菜园土壤进行生物有机肥料使用效果评价,结果表明,在较低及中等肥力水平土壤上,每0.5kg土施用生物有机肥用量≥6g时,地上部鲜重就超过施用常规化肥的处理,而生物有机肥比施用同量的鸡粪处理增产2.0~8.9倍。在砂壤土上施用生物有机肥处理其根部鲜重显著高于不施肥和施用鸡粪处理,证明生物有机肥能显著促进根系生长,并通过促进根系的生长而进一步提高地上部鲜重。蔬菜对大剂量的生物有机肥具有很高的耐受性,即使每o.5kg土施用量达到15g的水平,对蔬菜也不会产生毒害作用。
A pot experiment was employed to evaluate the effect of bio- organic fertilizer (BOF) on garden soils with three different fertile levers. The results indicated that the shoot biomass were much higher when BOF/soil ratio of 6g per 0.5 kg or more was applied in low and moderate fertile soils in comparison to under normal fertilizer treatments. Compared to use the same amount of chicken manure condition, the shoot biomass aiso increased 2.0~8.9 times under bio-organic fertilizer treatment. Also, the root biomass was obviously higher under bio- organic fertilizer condition compared with applying chicken manure and no fertilizer conditions, it was demonstrated that bio organic fertilizer could promote the root growth, and further enhance the shoot biomass. Vegetable is a tolerant plant in response to bio organic fertilizer; it can't be toxic even under BOF of 15 g per 0.5 kg soils condition.
