摘要
在我国中型钻机中,4000m钻机是市场拥有量最多的机型之一,其中大部分采用动力机组加链条传动箱方式。本文分析了广泛使用的柴油机加变矩器组成的动力机组的输入、输出特性。通过比较分析和改造应用,提出在4000m链条钻机中,采用液力偶合器正车箱替代液力变矩器,可显著提高钻机的动力输出特性,改善钻机的运行平稳性并节约大量的燃油消耗。
The 4000 drilling machine is one of the most popular medium-sized drilling machines,most of which apply power units with chain driving boxes.This paper analyzes the input and output characteristics of power unit that widely apply diesel engine and torque converter.Through comparative analysis and modification application,it proposes that in 4000 chain drilling machine,substitution of hydraulic torque converter with positive wagon box of hydraulic coupler can considerably enhance the power output characteristics of drilling machines,improve the operation smoothness of drilling machine and save a large amount of fuel consumption.
