Enhancement and improvement of the stream management of dyeing and printing enterprises

阐述了印染企业的物流管理概念,即对原材料的采购、仓储运输、保管、配送、领用、停滞、半制品管理、产品包装及相关信息的物流活动,进行计划、组织、执行、协调、控制、反馈及以环境保护为目的的废次资源的回收全过程。指出了印染企业物流工作中存在的诸多问题,强调了加强物流管理工作的重要性,提出了完善物流管理工作的多项具体措施。

This paper introduces the concept of stream management of dyeing and printing enterprise, which includes the purchase of raw material, storage, transportation, keeping, distribution, pick-up, stopover, semi-finished articles, management, package and other information, and involves plan, organization, execution, coordination, control, feedback and callback of waste resources in purpose of environment protection. In addition, this paper points out the present problems in the stream management of dyeing and printing enterprises, emphasizes the importance of the stream management and puts forward many concrete measures for improving the stream management.
