摘要 通过对钢渣的改性,大大提高了钢渣处理亚甲基蓝染料废水的能力。进行了改性钢渣与钢渣吸附性能的比较,考察了改性钢渣颗粒度大小、溶液pH值、固液比等因素对吸附的影响,测试了吸附等温曲线。结果表明:改性钢渣吸附剂有较好的吸附能力,脱色率达91.26%,吸附量可达到27.91mg/g。 Through modification, the steel dross can treat the wastewater from the methylene blue dye more effectively. This paper compares the adsorptivity between modified steel dross and the normal steel dross, studies the influences of granularity of modified steel dross, pH value of the solution and solid-liquid ratio on the adsorptivity, and measures the isothermal adsorptive curve. The experimental results show that the modified steel dross bears better adsorptivity than that of normal one with a decolorization rate of 91.26% and adsorption rate of 27.91 mg/g.
