摘要
基于过滤理论,探讨了量化滤饼内部结构对拓展过滤理论的可行性,提出了借助扫描电镜分析研究细粒煤压滤滤饼微观结构的新途径.研究了滤饼的内部空隙率、最大空隙直径、平均空隙面积等因素对压滤滤饼脱水效果的影响.从量的角度分析了各种因素影响细粒煤滤饼最终水分的原因.结果表明:当入料粒度由0.045 mm逐渐增加到0.5 mm过程中,滤饼的孔隙率由3.87%逐渐增加到15.46%,同时孔隙平均面积则由2.14μm2增加到8.24μm2.
The dewatering of fine coal in coal processing is very important. Based on the theories of dewatering, the inner structure of the filter cake was analyzed using the scanning electron microscope. The porosity, the maximal diameter of vacant and the average area of vacant were analyzed in detail. Genuine causes influencing final moisture of the cake were made out. The results show that the porosity of the filter cake increased from 3.87% to 15.46% with the increasing of size of fine coal from 0. 045 mm to 0.5 ram, and the average area of the void increased from 2.14 μm^2 to 8.24 μm^2.
