奥曲肽对消化道肿瘤血清VEGF的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的评价奥曲肽对消化道肿瘤患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和生存期的影响及药物的不良反应。方法治疗经组织学或细胞学证实的晚期消化道肿瘤患者40例,使用奥曲肽0.2 mg,每12小时皮下注射1次,连续使用直到病情进展或不能耐受治疗为止。综合评估临床受益反应;并采用人VEGF定量ELISA试剂盒统一测定所有患者治疗前及治疗1个月后血清中VEGF浓度,观察奥曲肽对患者血清中VEGF的影响。结果用药1个月后26例VEGF为(276.26±239.54)pg/ml明显低于治疗前的(390.85±318.68)pg/ml(P<0.01)。病人的生存期明显延长,中位生存期为13.43个月,且不良反应轻微。结论奥曲肽能明显降低晚期消化道肿瘤患者血清中VEGF的水平,抑制肿瘤的生长,延长患者的生存期。
