摘要 在膨胀节设计中,要想把膨胀节做得既有挠性又很坚固是一件很困难的事。本文通过有限元分析和方差分析建立了膨胀节刚度和应力的数学模型,经优化得出了膨胀节结构参数,使所要求的挠性、坚固性和经济性得到了较好的匹配。 It is a difficult thing to design U-shaped expansion bellows such that it not only is strong,but also has good flexibility.This paper presents a mathematical model for the structure of U-shaped expansion bellows,which is based on the finite element analysis of the structure of the U-shaped expansion bellows and the variance analysis of data obtained from the finite element analysis.Methods for nonlinear least squares problems are used to construct the mathematical model,and multiplier penalty function methods are used to solve the resulted optimal design model to get the optimal structure parameters.
