The article describes the test system based on VME bus. The system adopts PowerPC as the readout module of VME crate, on which the embedded Linux runs as the operation system. At the first part, the system hardware and software framework was introduced. And then, it describes the key technologies of the system and how to realize the function modules. At last, it introduces the graphical interfaces. The system can be used to test Front-End Electronics boards and run the readout system control.
