摘要
用石英玻璃管反应器考察了在3℃/mn,5℃/min和9℃/min加热速率下制成焦样的收缩特性.研究表明,随着温度升高和升温速率增加,半焦挥发分减小.随着热解终温的升高,径向收缩率增加,其收缩。是由热缩聚反应中游离基碎片间取向缔合和微晶有序化排列两方面共同作用的结果.随着加热速率的增加,径向收缩率也增加,在较低的温度区,低升温速率(3℃/min)对收缩影响较小,在较高温度区间对收缩速率影响增大.XRD分析表明,随结焦终温的升高,焦样的d002逐渐减小,焦样的碳结构有序程度逐步提高.d002在600℃~850℃减小缓慢,在高温850℃~960℃减小加快.
A quartz tubular reactor had been used to study the shrinkage of semi-cokes produced at the heating-rate of 3 ℃/min,5 ℃/min and 9 ℃/min respectively. The results show that the volatile matter decreases with the increase of final heated temperature and of the heating- rate. The rate of lateral shrinkage increases with the increase of final heated temperature. And the shrinkage is cased by free radical fragment orientated association and crystalline ordered array. The rate of lateral shrinkage increases with the increase of the heating-rate. Low heating-rate influence lighter the rate of lateral shrinkage at low temperature ,but larger at high temperature. The results from XRD show the d002 of samples decrease and the crystalline of char grows distinctly as the increase of final heated temperature . The d002 reduces slowly at low temperature (600℃-850℃), but quickly at high temperature(850℃-950 ℃).
