摘要
以驱动齿轮和开口空心齿轮轴传动的重合度εα最大和齿轮轴的开口宽度L与法节pb之比最小为目标建立多目标优化的数学模型。采用统一目标法中的乘除法将各个目标函数统一到一个总的“统一目标函数”f(X)中,然后采用Matlab语言编程使用优化工具箱求出最优解,最后将优化结果应用在桑叶采摘机的设计中,并取得满意效果。
The mathematical model of multi - objective optimizing is established by coordinating the objectives of maximizing εα of drive gear and hatch hollow gear shaft and minimizing ratio of L and pb Objective functions are unified to a general function f(X) by using methods of unified objection. The model is solved by using Optimization Toolbox in Matlab. The solution of optimization is applied in design of plucking mulberry leaves machine and demonstrate its effectiveness.
