摘要 三维振动强化抛光技术可解决复杂曲面工件强化抛光工艺的迫切需要。针对三维振动强化抛光装置核心变刚度调节系统优化设计,采用基于并行工程设计方法,设计过程实现信息及时反馈,改进不合理设计,达到缩短三维振动强化抛光装置开发周期、降低成本、提高产品设计质量目的。 Three- dimensional vibration strengthening and polishing technique can resolve into the urgent technology need of curved surface strengthening and polishing processing upon complicated work piece with unusual typed cured surface. To meet core of three - dimertsional vibrating strengthening and polishing device optimal design variable stiffness adjust system. Adopted design method base on concurrent engineering. In the process realization information feedback in time and improved upon design without reason. Attain the goal of three- dimensional vibrating strengthening and polishing device improving information feedback, reducing cost and production time can be attained.
