摘要
对山豆根(E.japonica)、管萼山豆根(E.tubulosa)、建始山豆根(E.japonicavarsp.)的叶表皮在光镜和扫描电镜下的观察表明:在叶的上表皮角质加厚形式、腊质多少及叶下表皮毛上瘤状突起的大小等方面,后两者较相似,而在下表皮毛的形态及毛上实起的形状、无上表皮毛等方面,建始山豆根更接近山豆根,为将建始山豆根作为山豆根的一个新变种提供了依据.
Observed under LM and SEM in this work were epidermal characters of leaves of 2 species and 1 variety in Euchresta. It shows that E. japonica var. sp. is similar to E. tubulose at the cuticular layer, max on the upper epidermis and the size of the processes on the gross of the lower epidermis,whereas it is more similar to E. japonica at no gross on upper epidermis,the morphollogy and the shape of the processes of the gross on the lower epidermis. So it supports the view that the new population discovered in Jianshi is named as E. japonica var. jianshiensis Q. H. Liu et Y. Let, var. nov. ined.
